Our Staff

At LP Valet Parking Service, Inc we understand the importance of maintaining a highly professional and organized staff.  Therefore, all of our field managers have completed a customer service training program, and all of our staff members have at least four years experience. We perform drug testing and criminal background check in all our staff. Punctuality and timeliness are essential elements of our business and company policy requires that staff members arrive 45 minutes prior to an event.

Successful daily operations require an experienced leader to enforce our company's strict policies on professionalism, appearance, and attention to detail. Each of our operations are appointed a senior account manager, which has gone through our advanced leadership seminar. We stand out from our competitors simply due to our management's organization and consistent efficiency.

Difference

Training and development of our associates, at all levels of the organization, is critical to our business philosophy of constant improvement.  We must constantly focus on developing our associates if we are to retain them.  As a result, we invest in top-level orientation programs to get everyone off to a great start.  Thereafter, we provide regular and ongoing training throughout our organization.  We offer opportunities to grow and learn through various development programs, including our Management Training Program.  The goal is to constantly improve as an organization, while allowing each of our associates to realize their own individual aspirations in the process.

Our Valets:

  •    Drug testing, screening for criminal background and previous employment check
  •    Hold a valid Texas drivers license
  •    Have a clean DMV record
  •    Are of legal employment status
  •    Are proficient in English
  •    Successfully complete a rigorous training program

Our Doormen:

  •     Are proficient in English
  •     Receive training in communication geared to the hospitality industry
  •     Can clearly direct guests to locations within the hotel grounds as well as destinations       in the Houston area

Our Shuttle Drivers:

  •   Have a valid Texas driver’s license and a clean DMV record
  •   Undergo the same drug testing, background and employment checks as our valets
  •   Are proficient in English
  •   Participate in our training program
  •   Are thoroughly knowledgeable about Houston, its history and environs
  •   Dress in business suit and tie
